  • Parcel Shop Delivery: You can choose parcel shop delivery if the carrier offers it in their pre-delivery information. In some cases, if you're not home, the carrier may leave your parcel at a parcel shop. However, this option cannot be determined in advance.

  • Express Delivery: The fastest possible delivery time is provided on our product pages before placing an order. Please check individual product pages for specific delivery estimates.

  • Delivery Costs: We are pleased to offer free delivery to your home address for all orders.

  • Scheduled Delivery: While we cannot schedule deliveries in advance, some carriers may offer the option to choose a preferred delivery time once they send pre-delivery information.

  • Tracking Issues: If your tracking information is inactive, delivery time can vary depending on the product type and delivery location. It may take a few days before tracking becomes active. For orders shipped in multiple packages, you will receive an individual tracking link for each package.

Delivery Details

Missed Deliveries: If you're not home during the delivery, the carrier will attempt to:

  • Deliver your parcel to a neighbor
  • Leave the parcel in a safe place
  • Deliver your parcel to a parcel shop
  • Return the parcel to their depot and await further instructions
  • You will receive notification via letter, SMS, or email to inform you of the parcel’s location.

How to Track Your Order
