Delivery Issues

Missing Parts: If parts of your order are missing, please check your order status on "My Account > Orders" to verify if your order is being delivered in multiple packages. If you're still missing items, contact our customer service team for assistance.
Tracking Issues: If your tracking information is inactive, delivery time can vary depending on the product type and delivery location. It may take a few days before tracking becomes active. For orders shipped in multiple packages, you will receive an individual tracking link for each package.

Delivery Details

Missed Deliveries: If you're not home during the delivery, the carrier will attempt to:

Deliver your parcel to a neighbor
Leave the parcel in a safe place
Deliver your parcel to a parcel shop
Return the parcel to their depot and await further instructions
You will receive notification via letter, SMS, or email to inform you of the parcel’s location.
