Missing Parts: If parts of your order are missing, please check your order status on "My Account > Orders" to verify if your order is being delivered in multiple packages. If you're still missing items, contact our customer service team for assistance.
Tracking Issues: If your tracking information is inactive, delivery time can vary depending on the product type and delivery location. It may take a few days before tracking becomes active. For orders shipped in multiple packages, you will receive an individual tracking link for each package.
Multiple Shipments: In some cases, products may be shipped in multiple batches due to different shipping times, carrier schedules, or warehouse processing. You will receive a separate tracking link for each shipment.
Delivery Details
Shipping Status: Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking portal link. You can check the status of your shipment and see how many packages are being delivered through your account.
Changing Delivery Address: If you need to change the delivery address, please contact our customer service at support@leelami.com as soon as possible. Changes can only be made before your order is processed for shipment.
Parcel Pickup: If your parcel is delivered to a parcel shop, only the person whose name is on the parcel can pick it up.
Pallet Shipments: If your order contains large items and requires shipping on a pallet, you will be notified by email. The carrier will contact you within 2-9 business days to arrange the delivery.
Missed Deliveries: If you're not home during the delivery, the carrier will attempt to:
- Deliver your parcel to a neighbor
- Leave the parcel in a safe place
- Deliver your parcel to a parcel shop
- Return the parcel to their depot and await further instructions
- You will receive notification via letter, SMS, or email to inform you of the parcel’s location.
How to Track Your Order
After your order is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking portal link to check the status of your shipment. You can also check your order status and delivery updates under "My Account > Orders." If you don’t receive the confirmation email, please check your spam folder or contact customer service at support@leelami.com.
